Our experts will help you choose the most suitable sign for your needs by considering factors such as budget, environment, regulations, height, and lighting. During a consultation, we’ll guide you in making an informed decision.
We accept the following file formats for Mac users: Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe Photoshop CS, and Adobe PDF. For PC users, we support CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Adobe PDF, and vector file extensions such as .eps, .pdf, .ai, and .cdr, as well as raster file extensions like .jpg, .psd, .bmp, and .tif.
To ensure cost-effectiveness, we prefer vector files such as AI, CDR, or EPS, along with font files. JPG, TIF, and PDF files are also acceptable, but they may not produce the best results. If you only have these files, our team will help you find a suitable solution.
A proof is a final review of the layout and design of your sign before we start production. You can view the proof digitally or in print and make any necessary changes. Approval of the proof is required before we commence work on your sign.
Mistakes can happen, and reviewing the proof helps ensure that every detail is correct. By confirming the proof, you can save time and money that may be wasted due to miscommunications or errors.
Even though you have provided your files on a disk, reviewing a proof is still important. Programs, files, and output devices can have flaws or produce errors, so a final proof ensures that your job has been accurately transferred across formats.
You can request an estimate using our contact form on our website or by calling us or visiting us in person. We’ll be happy to discuss your project and provide you with an estimate.
Most jobs are eligible for a quantity discount as setup is the most time-consuming and expensive part of any job, and it is more efficient to run multiple versions of a sign. Additionally, materials are cheaper in larger quantities.
Each job is unique, so the timeline for each sign will vary. Basic jobs such as banners, posters, or real estate panels can be completed within 2-3 days after design approval, while more complex jobs may take up to a week or more. Let us know when you need your sign, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
Hanging your banner is the best way to extend its lifespan. Grommets are spaced evenly around the outside edge to distribute weight, so make sure to weave the rope or string in and out of these grommets, similar to sewing, to prevent any one area from bearing all the weight and wind.
After use, clean your banner with soap and water. Roll it up for storage with the lettering and printing facing out, and avoid folding, as this can cause creases and lead to peeling.
